Take US Highway 101 north from San Francisco past Sant Rosa, about 50 miles. As you pass Santa Rosa you will see the Downtown Santa Rosa exit, then the College Ave. exit, then Steele Lane/Guernville Road, then Bicentenial Hwy., then Mendocino Ave/Hopper Road and lastly the River Road/Guerneville exit. If you get to the Fulton exit, you have gone too far. Take the River Road west (to the left after you take the exit from Hwy. 101) all of the way to Guerneville. Join up with Highway 116 west at Guerneville and follow it to its end; where it intersects with California Highway 1 near the mouth of the Russian River and the Pacific Ocean. Take California Highway 1 north past the small town of Jenner and along the Pacific coast past Fort Ross for a total of about 30 miles to the entrance to the Sea Ranch; about 2 miles past the very small town of Stewarts Point and near mile marker 49.72. Continue north on California Highway 1 past the Sea Ranch Lodge, which is on the left side of the Highway. Moonraker Road is less than 100 feet past mile marker 51.00; it is the first road on the roght after passing the Lodge and the 51.00 mile marker . Turn right on to Moonraker Road and proceed up the hill to Crows Nest Road (first cross road). Kemphouse is the house just across Crows Nest on the right side of Moonraker (the south-east corner of the intersection). The driveway for Kemp House is located on your right about 300 feet past Crows Nest.
Sea Ranch roads are private property and are not open to public use.
Kemphouse guests will be issued a valid Identification Pass upon
registering with the rental agent.
